Table planners are made to your specification in either A1, A2 or A3 size in portrait or landscape format.

All table planners are made using quality mountboard with classic beveled-edge single or double mounts.

If you require a double mount we recommend a white or ivory top mount with your choice of colour for the lower mount to match your chosen colour theme.

Table planners are framed as illustrated using a pale cream wash finish contemporary wooden frame and are glazed with a choice of clear perspex or float glass. Alternative frames are available - please contact us for details.

If the table planner is required as a lasting keepsake after the event and it has been supplied with perspex, we will be pleased to replace the perspex with glass for a small additional charge.

Our Table Planners can be sent by post incurring an additional charge to cover postage. Please contact us for further details and to enable us to discuss your requirements.

Printing of personalised inserts and any additional decoration will incur a further charge if supplied by Inaframe.

* As an indication, the three frame sizes can typically accommodate the number of apertures shown in the table above. However, this number may change depending on the number of guests and font size and style used.

Each table planner is made to order and is therefore unique, based on your chosen colour theme and additional decorative finish.

Orders should be placed with Inaframe a minimum of four weeks prior to your event. However, we may be able to fulfil your order more quickly if time is short. Please contact us to enquire.

Our top quality photo mounts make an ideal commemorative keepsake for any special occasion - Birthdays, Christenings, Weddings, Anniversaries, School Reunions, Golf Days or graduations! They make a great presentation gift for retirements too!

Our mounts are in Light Cream and you can select the colour of the photo and text aperture border from Red, Blue, Black, Green or Pink.

Coloured mounts

The mounts will take either a 6" x 4" or 8" x 6" photograph - please indicate whether portrait or landscape format is required and which frame you would prefer (Brushed Silver or Brushed Black) when ordering via Paypal. The text aperture will take a maximum of three lines of wording with approximately thirty characters per line. This allows plenty of space for family, friends and guests to sign their names and leave messages.

Frames are in either Brushed Silver or Brushed Black and are glazed with crystal clear acrylic for safety in transit. Flexi-tabs secure the mount into the frame so the mount can be easily removed for you to add your text wording and photograph before the mount is signed by friends and guests. Alternatively, send us your photograph and text wording and we will add these for you for an additional charge of £5.00.

We provide you with suitable hanging fixtures for final hanging.

Delivery - Please allow two weeks after placing your order.

All orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class 'Signed for' service, so a signature will be required on delivery.
