As an example of the scale and quality of our work, we were recently commissioned by Melvyn Rutter Limited to provide framing solutions for a major project.
'The PitStop' (Melvyn Rutter Limited)
We were delighted when Melvyn Rutter of The Morgan Garage, Little Hallingbury asked us to frame around 70 prints, posters, photographs and Morgan related memorabilia for the launch of 'The PitStop' - an innovative venture offering overnight accommodation above his new showroom. After close consultation with Melvyn we mounted and framed all of the pictures for each of the four themed en-suite bedrooms, the American style diner, stairs, upper hall and of course the new showroom. The frames and mounts were chosen to sympathetically reflect the mood of each area. High gloss black deep rebate frames were used for the striking and evocotive Morgan images on either side of the stairs with matching frames being used for the two Morgan-inspired original watercolours dedicated by the artist, one each to Melvyn and his wife Sindy.
A combination of red and black high gloss frames were used for the myriad of framed pictures in the American style diner, some of them thought provoking talking points for visitors from around the world. An interesting collection of American motoring advertisements, some dating back to the 1950's, have also been framed.
A pair of multi-aperture picture frames hang between the ornate windows of the diner and each of the four themed bedrooms house delightful framed images, in-keeping with their style.

A pair of multi-aperture picture frames depict the story of how Melvyn salvaged these windows, dating back to 1905, from the original Morgan factory in Malvern and had them professionally restored and installed at 'The PitStop'.
