About Us

Richard Williams GCF

Richard Williams Originally from Southampton I lived in Kent for 10 years and have lived in a rural area of North Essex for the past 20 years.

I am a member of the Fine Art Trade Guild and have qualified as a Guild Commended Framer. All of my work is completed to Guild conservation standard. Since becoming a framer I have enjoyed my work immensely. The fact that I am creating something that will give someone pleasure for many years to come makes the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Practically any item can be framed from a lock of hair for example to a football, sports shirt, cricket bat or a hole-in-one golf ball and many other objects and memorabilia besides.

I have recently framed an Egyptian papyrus, some original Peruvian needlework and a set of very fine Chinese Paper Cuts.

Please take some time to browse the site and if I can be of assistance to you, whether it is for a gift for someone or a treat for yourself, please contact me for further details.

Patricia Williams

Trish Williams I was born in Maidstone, Kent and now live and have my studio on the Hertfordshire/Essex border.

I mainly do my painting with oils. I especially like the "wet on wet" technique using this medium. When I am painting I normally have a few pictures on the go at the same time. As oil takes time to dry I can be getting on with the next stage of another painting whilst others are drying.

My artwork is available to view at the workshop in Sawbridgeworth and is available for sale along with various pencil drawings and photographs.
