1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

"You" and "Customer" means the purchaser of any goods and/or services supplied by inaframe or the "Artist"

"Us, We and "Our" means inaframe

"Artist" means Patricia Williams

2 Terms

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By making a purchase you agree to be bound by them.

The artist owns the copyright to all of her paintings and prints. You must not copy or reproduce any part of these images from this website.

There are links on this website to other independent websites. Inaframe cannot be held responsible for any content on these third party websites.

In the rare event that any artwork bought on the website is unavailable the customer will be informed, in which case, if any monies have been taken by Paypal these monies will be refunded to the customer.

Due to the nature of computer monitors the actual artwork colour and appearance may vary slightly from the image on the screen.

3 Purchases

All prices displayed by inaframe are in £ sterling. inaframe is not currently registered for VAT.

Artwork purchased from this site will normally be despatched within two working days from receipt of the order.

Any customer purchasing artwork from inaframe is given seven working days from receipt to decide if they are happy with the artwork.

All monies will be held by inaframe until the customer has decided to keep the artwork and is fully satisfied with their purchase, up to a maximum of seven working days from receipt of the artwork by the customer.

If a customer decides to return the artwork within seven days of receipt  (see above) the customer can get a full refund for the artwork (See Returns and Cancellations).

It is the customers responsibility to check all packaging is intact and there is no visible damage to the outside of the packaging before signing for the goods.

The postage cost, packaging and insurance is included in the price of the artwork.

This postage cost is non-refundable if you decide to return the artwork for any other reason than it being damaged in transit.

Payments by cheque are accepted but the artwork will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

The artwork will be reserved for this period of time and will be released for sale again if the cheque fails to clear.

Shipping prices are for shipment to the UK mainland. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands may incur additional charges. All shipping prices are for the UK. If you wish to have the artwork delivered to another country inaframe will have to determine with the artist the additional cost of shipping.

4 Returns and Cancellations

If a customer wishes to cancel an order prior to despatch by inaframe a full refund will be made.

If the customer decides to return the artwork for a full refund they must dispatch the artwork to the artist. The returned artwork must be received by the artist within 14 days of original receipt of the artwork by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of the artwork together with adequate insurance cover.

The artwork must be returned to the artist in its original packaging and must be securely re-packed and wrapped.

Returns must include our delivery slip.

The full purchase price of the artwork (excluding all postage, packaging and insurance costs) will be refunded to the customer on safe return of the artwork to the artist.

The customer must advise the artist within 7 days of receipt of the artwork of their intention to return the artwork to the artist for a refund. In this case contact must be made by telephone 07527 053596 or e-mail trish@inaframe.co.uk advising the reason for the return.
